Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 19.5 oz fudge brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup salted butter room temperature
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup caramel sauce plus extra for swirls
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, and butter.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in egg until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold In: Gently mix caramel sauce and chocolate chips into dough.
  • Scoop Dough: Use a cookie scoop to form 8 large balls (about ¼ cup each).
  • Swirl Caramel: Drizzle extra caramel over dough balls and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake: Cook 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  • Sprinkle Salt: Immediately top with flaky sea salt. Let cool 5 minutes.
