  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt Can substitute sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise Adds richness
  • 1 tbsp lime juice Freshly squeezed

  • For Serving:

  • 4 small tortillas Corn or flour
  • ½ avocado sliced Optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Salmon:
  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  • Rub olive oil over fillets and season with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cook the Salmon:
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes, then flake it with a fork.
  • Make the Slaw:
  • In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well.
  • Prepare the Sauce:
  • Mix Greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, and hot sauce in a bowl.
  • Assemble the Tacos:
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  • Add flaked salmon, slaw, and drizzle with sauce.
  • Top with avocado slices and jalapeños if using.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
