These quick and easy Cinco de Mayo fiesta treats are individual layered dip cups that are perfect for parties and gatherings. They feature layers of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and cheese, topped with tortilla chips for crunch.

- 1 can 16 oz refried beans
- 1 avocado mashed (for guacamole)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pico de gallo diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 lime juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Prepare the Layers
In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans with a splash of lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
