- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water or more as needed for consistency
In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
If the sauce is too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
