Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet (lined with parchment paper)
  • 1 Kitchen shears
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring cups/spoons
  • 1 Oven mitts

Ingredients

  • 2 large lobster tails 6-8 oz each, thawed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Prepare Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut through the shell’s top (not the tail fan). Gently lift meat from shell, leaving it attached at the base.
  • Marinate: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over lobster meat.
  • Bake: Place lobster tails (meat-side up) on the baking sheet. Bake 12-15 mins until meat is opaque and shells turn bright red.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter for dipping.

Notes

  • Thaw lobster tails overnight in the fridge.
  • Adjust baking time based on tail size.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes or garlic bread.
  • Store leftovers in airtight containers (1-2 days).
