- 2 large lobster tails 6-8 oz each, thawed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Prepare Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut through the shell’s top (not the tail fan). Gently lift meat from shell, leaving it attached at the base.
Marinate: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over lobster meat.
Bake: Place lobster tails (meat-side up) on the baking sheet. Bake 12-15 mins until meat is opaque and shells turn bright red.
Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter for dipping.
