- ½ pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
While the shrimp are grilling, make the slaw. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
Assemble the tacos by placing some slaw on each tortilla, topping with grilled shrimp, and serving with lime wedges.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning.
