Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • While the shrimp are grilling, make the slaw. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing some slaw on each tortilla, topping with grilled shrimp, and serving with lime wedges.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning.
  • You can swap the cabbage for a pre-shredded coleslaw mix to save time.
