Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks for easier blending.
  • Add to Blender: Place the banana chunks, almond milk, ice cubes, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract into the blender.
