  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 8-10 Corn tortillas Small
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For lime crema
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice About 1 lime
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cabbage

Instructions
 

  • Prepare chicken: Cut chicken into thin strips. In a bowl, mix chicken with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred at the edges (about 4-5 minutes per side).
  • Make lime crema: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, and honey.
  • Warm tortillas: Place tortillas in a tortilla warmer or wrap in a damp cloth and microwave for 30 seconds to steam.
  • Assemble tacos: Place a few strips of chicken in each tortilla. Top with lime crema, cilantro, red onion, and cabbage.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with additional lime wedges on the side.

  • Tips: For extra flavor, marinate chicken in lime juice and seasonings for 30 minutes before cooking.
