Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 fat ratio
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or Italian seasoned
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Yellow or Dijon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme Dried
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Prepare ingredients: Dice onions and mince garlic. Chop fresh herbs.
  • Mix ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, thyme, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape meatloaf: Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping into a loaf.
  • Bake: Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Rest: Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve: Slice and serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or vegetables.

  • Tips: For extra flavor, add a glaze of ketchup and brown sugar during the last 15 minutes of baking.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
